By entering any giveaway or contest hosted by The Region Insurance Agency ("the Agency"), you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Agency, which are final.
1. No purchase necessary. You don't need to buy or change any insurance policy to enter or win. Buying a policy won't improve your chances of winning.
2. Eligibility. Entrants must be legal residents of Indiana or Illinois and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Agency and their immediate household members can't enter. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry limits. Unless a contest's rules below say otherwise, each household gets one entry. Duplicate entries may be removed.
4. Bonus entries. Some contests offer bonus entries for completing an insurance quote request. Quote information must be true and complete to the best of your knowledge. If information is left out on purpose or is false, all bonus entries will be removed. Asking for a quote doesn't obligate you to buy anything.
5. Consent to contact. When you enter, you agree that The Region Insurance Agency may contact you by phone, text message, and email about the contest and about insurance products and services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Texts are how we notify and verify winners, so opting out of texts during an active contest removes you from that contest and keeps you from entering future ones.
6. Winner selection and notification. Unless a contest's rules say otherwise, winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries. Winners are announced in our public Facebook group, The Region Giveaways, and contacted with the information they gave when they entered.
7. Claiming prizes. Winners have 30 days from the announcement to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed in that window are forfeited, and the Agency may pick an alternate winner. Prizes can't be transferred and have no cash value. The Agency may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
8. Publicity. Unless prohibited by law, all entrants, winners or not, agree that the Agency may use their name and any photos they submit with their entry in its marketing without further notice or payment.
9. Disqualification. The Agency may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, uses fake or multiple accounts, or otherwise breaks these rules. Disqualified entrants may be barred from future contests.
10. Facebook release. These promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta. You are giving your information to The Region Insurance Agency, not to Facebook.
11. Privacy. The Agency will not sell your information. We use it to run the contest and to contact you about insurance products and services.
12. Changes. The Agency may change, suspend, or cancel any contest if something outside its control affects it, such as fraud or technical problems.
13. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
